the challenge

working with wallace health compliance was an intensely collaborative project taking place in the middle of the COVID pandemic. we worked closely with the founder (after working on a previous project together) and felt a natural bond launching another new business. our goal: "how do you start a new medical compliance company in the middle of a pandemic, that is desperately needed to give sports events and cinema the ability to stay open with their partnership?"

brand strategy

we tasked oursevles immediately to research, position, and develop a core set of brand values and marketing communication to act as the root idea behind the logo, brand identity, and even digital marketing collateral.

beyond building the visual identity, we also tasked ourselves with building a robust set of packaging and signage that would be clear, bold, concise, but also break away from the sterile norms set by most medical organizations.

brand identity

there were a lot of discussions about the strategy, personality, and environment we wanted this brand to show and evoke. the medical field has a clear and recognized style - but covid-19 health compliance is a completely new industry. we wanted to set new definitions.

we knew the core values we outlined today were going to play a critical part on the direction and design for the future. the visual theme of "care and connectivity" is consistently used across every medium by strong use of colors and subtle patterns. this brand is fresh, bold, directive, and promises a lasting visual standard that will surely set them apart in an emerging market.
